Blow Moulding

We recently moved into the blow moulding field, below are a few of our projects

Customer Moulds

We are in the final stages of production on a 12 cavity golf tee mould, over the next few months we will also be working on a 4 cavity disposable coffee cup mould, a 3 cavity, 2 colour wine glass and a number of custom packaging moulds.

Shot Glasses

Over the last few years we have helped in the design, development & Manufacture of a range of injection moulds to make shot glasses.

The shot glasses are used as packaging for a range of pre mixed shooters for a small alcohol manufacturer.

We are currently busy with a third injection mould for the client, once the product has launched we will have more information for you.

Sliding Door Roller & Guide

Manufactured for leaders in the sliding wardrobe market, we aided in the development and the manufacture of 5 separate tools (4 press tools & 1 injection mould), Mirror Robe now have a quality local product, no imports required.

From raw material to complete assembled product, all performed in-house.

Automated Curtain Hook Rollers

Manufactured in our low cost moulding systems, we were able to get this product to the client in less than 7 days.

Moulding and assembly performed in house.

Another project under taken with this client was a heavy duty curtain hook, also for automated systems
